Reviews open after a completed booking

Lens only publishes reviews written by a client who booked and paid for a completed project through the platform. Each one shows the reviewer, the package they bought and the month it was delivered. Until a pro has completed work through Lens, this section stays empty. We do not seed profiles with sample reviews.

How MAD Monkey Lens Works

We handle everything so you can focus on your business.

1

Choose Your Package

Browse our curated service packages. Each one includes all-inclusive pricing -- editing, licensing, and delivery are built in. No surprise fees, ever.

2

Select Your Pro

Browse portfolios in your area and filter by specialty, style and availability window. Shortlist as many as you want to your Rolodex before you commit to one.

3

Request Your Date

Send the date you want and the project details through the built-in messaging. A request is not a charge. Nothing is booked until the pro accepts.

4

Get Your Deliverables

Receive the edited photos and video in a private gallery, with the commercial usage license included in the package price. Download and re-share them whenever you need to.

How We Talk About Quality

Lens is new, so here is the honest version. Applying pros submit a portfolio and we look at it before a listing goes public. We do not yet carry a platform-wide insurance program, a re-shoot guarantee or a published refund policy, and we are not going to claim ones we do not have. What we do commit to today: the package price you see is the price you pay, the deliverables listed are what you get, and if something goes wrong on a job you booked through Lens, you deal with MAD Monkey Media directly, not a support queue.

Build a crew of any size, from one pro to a full production, and get one combined quote. Add as many roles as you need and as many people per role (three camera operators, two gaffers). Fill each person from your Rolodex or let Lens suggest a pro. Each line uses that pro's own day or half-day rate; open roles and pros without a rate use the Lens category default, marked as an estimate. Sending a crew request charges nothing; a small Lens booking fee applies only if you pay the booking through Lens.
