How We Talk About Quality

Lens is new, so here is the honest version. Applying pros submit a portfolio and we look at it before a listing goes public. We do not yet carry a platform-wide insurance program, a re-shoot guarantee or a published refund policy, and we are not going to claim ones we do not have. What we do commit to today: the package price you see is the price you pay, the deliverables listed are what you get, and if something goes wrong on a job you booked through Lens, you deal with MAD Monkey Media directly, not a support queue.
